Karma Lekshey

Responsible for overseeing that the Centre operates according to the rules and regulations set out by the Governing Body. Responsible for leading TCCR forward. The face of TCCR to the Tibetan NGO’s and organisations. Key person dealing with TCCR legal issues.




Sonam Dechen

Mrs. Sonam Dechen Chophel, Associate Director.

Responsible for overseeing the proper utilisation of funds and other possessions of the Centre. The key international relations person responsible for international networking and publications. And during the absence of the Director, to take up all the responsibilities of the Director.




Lobsang Choephel

Mr. Lobsang Chomphel, Accountant

Responsible for maintaining the accounts of the Centre. He is Responsible for presenting the balance sheet and preparation of budget for the forthcoming activities and dealing with the yearly auditing of the Centre’s account.
